The room I had was clean with a large shower. the accommodation has a remote setting in the former priests' residence attached to the village church. It's just off the garden, church, Burgos, and the restaurant.

We stopped at El Palacete Del Obispo on our way from Santander to explore Spain. The hotel is super, with amazing original features and modern decor. The bar and restaurant were welcoming, and our hosts cooked us an excellent meal with local wine. The building is carefully restored and surrounded by stunning, quiet surroundings. The hosts were very helpful and the breakfast was good. I definitely recommend it and will stay here again.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This former priests' residence attached to the village church is in a beautiful area and has a lovely bar. the hosts were friendly and helpful. the rooms were spotlessly clean and the breakfast was ample with hot scrambled eggs.
The noise from the busy bar could be heard throughout the hotel, making it difficult to relax.

Spent New Year's at this hotel and absolutely loved it! the rooms were spotless and decorated beautifully. the restaurant offered fantastic food and a great selection of local wines. the surrounding area was perfect for exploring and we especially enjoyed the nearby hiking trails. the staff was friendly and made us feel very welcome. We also appreciated the convenient parking.
We did find it a bit challenging to find the hotel at first, as it is tucked away on a small side street. there wasn't much to do in the immediate area outside of hiking.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and warm hospitality of the hotel. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure we felt welcome throughout our visit. the buffet breakfast included a good variety of hot and cold options, satisfying our morning cravings. the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring nearby attractions and towns, providing us with the opportunity to easily venture out and discover new places.
One aspect that could have been improved is the limited activities and attractions in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. this was compensated by the hotel's beautiful surroundings and the peaceful ambiance it offered.
